Integrated Consultancy (Al Takamul Economic Consultancy LLC) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, how long it is kept and the rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its executive regulations.

What we collect and why

• Contact and quotation requests: your name, organisation, email, phone number and message, so that we can respond to your enquiry.
• Consultation booking requests: your name, organisation and type of entity, contact details, your preferred days and time of day, and a short description of your need, so that we can schedule the initial consultation.
• Career applications: your name, contact details, the role you are applying for and your CV, so that we can assess your application.
• Newsletter: your email address and preferred language, only after you confirm the subscription from the email we send you.
• AI assistant: if you use the assistant on this site, the questions you type are sent to our AI service provider to generate an answer. Do not enter personal or confidential information in the assistant.
• Technical data: basic request data needed to run the site securely, such as IP address and browser type, kept in short-lived server logs. Website analytics run only after you accept them in the cookie notice.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on each form, and in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

How long we keep your data

• Contact, quotation and booking requests: until the request is handled and for a reasonable period afterwards to follow up, after which they are deleted.
• Career applications and CVs: for the recruitment process of the role you applied for, and no longer than one year unless you ask us to keep your CV on file.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe through the link in every email.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. It is stored with our hosting and database providers, and emails are sent through an email service provider, each acting on our instructions. Analytics and the AI assistant use third-party providers only after your consent or at your request. Some of these providers may process data outside the Sultanate of Oman; we only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies to remember your language. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time from the notice.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the email address shown on the contact page. We respond within the period set by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in the Sultanate of Oman.

Security

Access to the data collected by this site is restricted to authorised staff, protected by authentication, and transmitted over encrypted connections.
